The Mission: Bridge the Gap
If we're not here, who will help your friend, your neighbor, your sister? We don't know either.
Federal funding (VOCA) cuts have forced many DV organizations across the nation to close their doors. We simply can’t let that happen. Safe Haven is a vital community resource.
Safe Haven supports women and children in need from all over the state and occasionally across the US. Funds raised through the GRAND Challenge will bridge the gap between significantly reduced government support and the growing cost of keeping Safe Haven’s essential services available as demand continues to rise.
